Tapion and SSJ3 Goku are both Z tier Fighters, as they make Sagas Warriors a very competitive Team, and they're incredibly effective Fighters in general.SP Kid Buu BLU improved by quite a bit thanks to his Equip, as his Blast Damage is pretty threatening again, and his Vanish Gauge gimmicks are as annoying as ever, but he's going to need a bit more help on his main Teams if he wants to join S tier, since he's a clearly flawed Fighter when analyzed singularly: he's still very fragile and his Ultimate Move still hits like a wet noodle.Gohan has been a pretty great Fighter for a very long time thanks to his defensive utility and Support, but he just feels completely outdated now in terms of raw Defensive and Offensive capabilities, to the point that at times his utility can't even effectively apply to Matches. In comparison, SP SSJ4 Gogeta GRN has better raw capabilities, but SP LF SSJ3 Goku GRN's arrival pushed him out of most Saiyan Teams, and Fusion is basically the only Team he really fits in ( while still not being incredible there ). SP Future Gohan YEL and SP SSJ4 Gogeta GRN drop to Tier 1.Ultra SSB Kaioken Goku also dropped, since he just doesn't have a place on many Teams anymore as the first option. In comparison, Cell and Golden Frieza have gotten a bit worse in the current Meta, as the first has a kit that feels rather basic nowadays, and the second is just way too fragile. Half of Z tier got dropped to S tier, as Z tier is now filled with 4 Fighters that have kind of the same value + Tapion who is the best Support in the game, and Zenkai SSB Vegeta who is still hanging there thanks to his unparalleled kill potential generated by his Main Ability and overall consistency, on one of the best teams in the manga ( Future ).His only real flaw is the lack of consistent Anti-Cover Effects, which somewhat limit the impact of his incredible Arts Draw Speed. In particular, Vegito is really good because of his combo potential thanks to continuous Arts Draw Speed and Damage Buffs stacking capabilities, Endurance, and an Ultimate Move that does much more Damage than you would expect. The first 4 Z tier Fighters are basically equivalent if compared to each other, as they all generally have the same kind of relevance in the Meta.

Ultra Super Vegito is a very solid Z tier Fighter.
